GigSeeka allows customers to cancel service requests under the following conditions:
Cancellations must be made via the app before the provider begins the service.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a partial fee may apply.
If cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, no fees will be charged.
Providers may cancel bookings due to emergencies or unavailability.
If a provider cancels, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule with another provider without extra charges.
If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time, the booking may be considered forfeited, and fees may apply depending on the provider’s policy.
Providers failing to show up without notification will result in a full refund for the customer.
Open your booking in the app and select Cancel Booking.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
