At GigSeeka, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every service booked through our platform. However, because GigSeeka connects customers with independent service providers, refunds are subject to the policies outlined below.
Refunds are considered if the service was not provided, significantly delayed, or did not match the description provided by the service provider.
Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences, minor delays, or user errors.
Customers must submit a refund request via the app or email within 48 hours of service completion or scheduled time.
Include all relevant details (booking ID, description of the issue, and any supporting evidence).
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for booking.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway but typically take 5–10 business days.
GigSeeka reserves the right to mediate disputes between customers and providers to determine a fair resolution.
Services that were completed as agreed.
Cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation window (see Cancellation Policy).
Payments for optional add-ons or convenience fees.
